Raven Darkcloud was an only child, who was raised by her grandfather. When Raven was 20, her grandfather became very ill. On his deathbed, he told Raven about the sword that had been passed down from his father. This sword had been owned by a US Army captain and he told her it had been enchanted by an Indian shaman with great power, but also, so it could never be used to harm a Native American again. Raven took hold of the sword and could feel the magical energy coming from it. She became blanketed in alternating darkness and light. After her grandfather passed away, she took a job as a museum guide in Paragon City. She decided to use the sword for good and began fighting crime. Soon, she met Orion Pax in the Hollows and he invited her to join Adversity. She continues to fight the good fight with her fellow heroes and will be wherever evil needs to be fought!
