“[i]Our early attempts at replicating the heroes of Paragon City have resulted in complete failure.
Our plans to clone the hero, Razorstrike (See files 5-223-5 Gamma) have produced interesting, yet undesirable results. Subject Beta 17-A shows some of his donor’s powers – chiefly the ability to manifest large metallic claws from his hands.
