They say every action has an equal and opposite reaction, Infinite Blackout would be considered one of those reactions.
While the hero, Eternal Wildfire, stands as a bright beacon to fight off all evil, Infinite Blackout is pure darkness.

However, there were those individuals who became intoxicated by their own powers and sought out the means to become even more powerful.
