Corruptor Sorena Hansen was a quiet coed working towards a degree in meteorology when the Circle of Thorns abducted her on her way to school. They sensed strong latent magical abilities in her, so instead of sacrificing her to their Demon-Gods they decided to attempt to bring her powers to the surface so she could control them. It worked as they expected and she quickly learned to manipulate the weather to form significantly localized sub-zero climates. Unfortunately for the circle, she had no interest in repaying them for her gift. She resented them for destroying her formerly happy life.
