Blaster V’Lcan Zan’d’riz, Commander in the P’hotonis Armada, was on a recon mission over the planet Earth, during the first Ritki War. Orbiting the planet watching for signs Higher forms of technology. This would have enabled him to make contact with the primary species of the planet.
During the battle of Phoenix, V’Lcan ordered his ship down enabling the cloaking device to observe the fighting closer. Through an error in his navigation computer, his ship crashed into a Ritki bomber, destroying the bomber and severely damaging his scout ship.

Bobby originally would have been called, what heroes tend to define as, an empath. He could tap into what others felt and heal their wounds.

That was until the Rikti invaded...


Being the lone survivor of a Rikti assault, Bobby was severly traumatized.

Xiphios was the code name of a branch of a research project that developed technology inspired by aquatic animals.

One of the developed technologies was a combat suit based upon swordfish physiology, denoted by the use of a high tech sword and shield. Initial field tests of the suit was promising, so much so that the technicians decided the suit warranted further,more extreme field testings.

As a result, the suit has been loaned out to Longbow to use as they see fit.

Kinesos started out his life as the heir to his Greek family's fortune, the only problem was that his overbearing parents were still alive. So Kinesos ordered a hit on them.

The hit went awry and Kinesos found himself caught in the crossfire, the stress from the event triggered his mutant ability to absorb (and rechannel) kinetic energy.

Peter Sharpe was a world class archer who spent most of his time traveling the world to compete in various archery venues.

That was until the Rikti's initial invasion, where Peter was captured during a Rikti siege on Rome.

Brute Kyle Weiss was a young man infatuated with RPG and Video games, mainly hack and slash and Fantasy. Because he was always inside, and not into sports he was picked on a lot in school. During his senor year in High school, Kyle was driving home from the library, when his car was hit by a drunk driver. His car spun out of control slamming into a telephone pole. The wire from the pole fell on top of his car, surging 50000 volts of electricity trough the frame and electrocuting Kyle.
Amazingly enough Kyle didn’t die. His body absorbed the electricity in massive amounts.

From a young age, Deathscope had always shown a great understanding of all things technological. So it wasn't that much of a surprise when he was picked by Anti-Matter as a new "apprentice".

On Praetorian Earth, Deathscope helped Anti-Matter develop new technology that would ensure that Tyrant would stay in power and also gain his favor.
