Why a game time card, though? I used to use those back in 2004, and I found it terribly cumbersome to have to go hunt the things down every couple of months. Feels much easier to just charge it to a card every month and not have to think about it. I guess if you're charging too much on a card that could be problematic, but I still feel it's less problematic than going out and buying time cards.

when you dont have a credit card .. buying those game card is one of the other way to do
I don't have a credit card, myself. I don't think anyone here does. But I do have a debit card which can make credit purchases (i.e. purchases that otherwise require a credit card), which is what I use for this game. A lot of debit cards can do that these days, and you ought to be able to have a card issued for practically any bank account.

Sam, there are a lot more credit cards here than you would think.

Walmart in the Trinity area definitely has NCSoft cards. I find it more expensive than going through NCSoft directly, but then I have my PayPal linked with my bank account, so I don't have to worry about credit either.
I noticed while I was in the US this summer that a lot of places wouldn't take my debit card because it is associated with my bank, but not with MC or Visa. There must be a different expectation than in Canada. Luckily Walmart had no trouble taking my bank's debit card and gave cash back on purchases. In the end, getting money for other things wasn't an issue once I figured out what worked and what didn't.

I was at the new Moncton Walmart and they definitely have some cards, if that doesn't work for you.
They were hanging on a vertical plastic card holder thingy in the video game section along with Disney, Perfect World, Sony, and other online services. I think they were near the bottom.
