Extended DownTime for all US City of Heroes Servers 7/29/10

There will be extended downtime (7am est - 7pm est) tomorrow for all US Servers.
Rumors? Speculations?
All I know is that I can't work on my IO crafting badges on my day off! ARGH!

Hurm. That's probably the best theory I've heard but the merging is supposed to come with GoRo so I don't know.I'm inclined to think this is probably capital improvements or new infrastructure to prepare for the onslaught of new/returning GoRo players. It will probably have no visible result for us at this time.
