Broken Missions

I was wondering if we should start a list of broken missions to avoid, and update them when they are fixed, etc. I was super annoyed last night, firstly because they were doing server maintenance at a pretty high traffic time, (10P EST) and that I was stuck on the mission vaporware and I couldn't get the Undine chick to turn into an Undine for me. I sent in a bug request and waited... and waited... finally I just had to log out and do some RL stuff, and by the time I was done, the servers were down.

Grr...

So anyway, has anyone else tried to do the Vaporware mission and not been able to complete it? Are there any other missions we should be wary of taking/trying to complete?

The mission where strippers deliver pancakes and give me a foot massage is missing the strippers, pancakes, and massage, leaving me with just feet.

Honestly, I just beam out and do something else.
I had trouble getting the game to acknowledge that I completed 'Burn', the mission in the Fire Caves of Bajor. I left and did a 'Secure Sector' mission (3 instances to get the full xp award) and went back. Mission reset and all was good.

The only mission I had trouble with consistantly was one where you're on DS9 trying to get through force fields and fight Cardassians and Alpha Jem Haddar. It wouldn't let me call for reinforcements, so I had to do a mission by myself when I'm used to having a full away team. I died a lot and it was frustrating, but I finished it.

I'm currently 42 and have run out of content. Apparently there are more missions at 43.

Maybe, I'm just lucky, but I didn't have any problems completing any missions on the blue side. I'm about to start leveling up my Science character so I'll keep an eye out for problems.
