Still cant buy the packs or GoRo

Does anyone know a way i can buy this on the internet coz on the Ncsoft site these itens are unavaible to me.

I know this is a problem that has plagued the SA players, as they can't access the NCSoft store and purchase the goods from there. Instead they are forced to deal with Levelup games, who doesn't always offer the same goods and services on the same timeline as the other outlets.
I recall in the past people have suggested using proxies to get around the issue, but I am not sure if Shaak is comfortable with that. The only other solution, other than sharing account access and I doubt Shaak is even less comfortable with that, is to contact one of the CoH board mods - Avatea, Niviene or Mod8 and informing them of the problem and hoping there is something they can help with. I doubt they'd be able to do anything directly, but they could bring it to the right people's attention.

I have an ticket open there already (2 months and waiting), i will end up using some kind of "tool" to get it sooner or later.

So does anyone know if it's possible for us to help Shaak?
Could we log in to his account here, or is it not even available via NCSoft's online account management here because he's a SA player?
Is there any way for us to purchase codes for him and help him to apply them to his account?

I mentioned it up there, as in theory someone should be able to do it 'cause the account isn't region specific. I just don't know how comfortable Shaak is with the idea.

Gt one reply worth anynthing so far:
LevelUp is incompetent. Period.
He has only two ways to get what he want...
Trust someone outside Brasil enough to give then his credit card data. (can be done, thats what I do, but i know personally my friend)
OR
Use a proxy server to trick the IP BLOCK (not recommended, security reasons)

The PlayNC store has PayPal checkout. So if Shaak trusted one of us with his login info and paid us in USD for whatever upgrades he wanted, we could process the transaction and he could change his password after it was done. That way he wouldn't have to give anyone his credit card info and his account would be secure again once he changed his password.
If access to PayPal is a problem, then I'm sure other arrangements can be made through the mail or whatever.
So that's one way to go. Again, I'd be happy to help.

I called support and they were not very helpful 
They said that if the account was in Brazil the only to get it was through LevelUp. But if the account isn't necessarily set up as SA, then maybe we can work with it...I did find out that I can't purchase it and just give you the code, though.
And that is a total bummer!

TY all for the support, i will see what i can do, it is not the first time it happens in the past i have waited like 6 months to get the cyborg pack and a little less for the archtect edition and the magic pack, i will see if i cant find a way to buy it, right now not even my credit card can be used to buy game time, i must buy the GCT from LUG(level up games).

What about The 'Going Rougue Complete edition'? Can we just buy it when it comes out and mail it to Shaaktar? At least that way he would have the 'complete item pack'm waht ever that means... Not a perfect solution, but the best I can think of a the moment. Sorry.
