Interest in Klingon Faction?

I'm trying to gauge the interest in us forming a Fleet for Klingon faction characters.
Right now they're essentially PVP only but you can take a look at my own experiences here:

If you are planning on waiting until they add the promised PvE content to red side, or if you want to reserve the all important 3rd character slot for another Fed character, that's certainly understandable.
I would like to see at least 5 of us on sometime to create an 'Animostiy/Emnity' Fleet if the interest is there, though. I have enjoyed PvPing from the Klingon side but I think it would be much better with a team I know I can trust.
If there's enough interest we'll post an even to get the Fleet started.

Ok... so far that's two of us. 
Are people interested in STO PvP?
Would you rather use your established Fed Character or creat a Klingon Faction? I find myself gravitating toward the Klingon faction for PvP (could be the cloaking) but I'm willing to jump in with my main Fed if someone wants to try that.

i guess im not understanding something. is it a federation Klingon (i.e. the one you need to purchase?) or the unlock? i already created a purchased Federation Klingon and was curious

Nope. This is the Klingon Faction (Red Side PvP).
My 'Klingon' character is actually classed as an 'Unknown Alien' which I made to look strikingly like a Cardassian.
You can be a number of races on Red Side including (but not limited to) Klingon, Orion, Naussican, Gorn, and 'Unknown Alien'.
Some have some interesting traits. For instance, female Orions get a built in Placate ability.

Just FYI, I've rerolled my Klingon. I now have Nu'Daq, who is lvl 9, which means I can actually participate/lead a PvP team below lvl 22 now.
Shoot me an IM in game if you're ever interested.
As soon as they allow more character slots I'll be making another one that I can level more at my own leisure, of course.
