That was fun, and I usually totally SUCK at this game! Looking forward to doing this again, most definitely.
My only gripe is that you can't communicate with the other players!! ARGH

Yeah, Nintendo's quest to help protect the masses/young kids from the dangers of the Internet has made the system's entire ability for online play a HUGE pain in the ass for everyone. Poor SB had never played before last night, and while I enjoy the use of the Wii Wheel for playing the game, I'm going to give it a whirl using the Nunchuk/Wiimote combo, as that will end up being a lot better and closer to the experience I'm used to. The wheel does work well, but I'm not good enough with it yet, and too out of practice to be much of a challenge anyways

Sorry for not seeing your message, Pax. I've been tired, sore and sick and had company over last night - and I'm pretty sure my brother borrowed the game...and by borrow I mean he took it over to a friend's and left it there.
Hopefully I'll have it for the next time though. Of course I do have Smash Bros if anyone has that and wants to try out a big rumble sometime.

I'm always up for a little mario kart wii. Nintendo's networking is really weird though we should get on teamspeak to discuss connecting.
