Caelestius is a member of Ouroboros from 127 years in the future. He traveled back to our current day to investigate an event that could have negative repercussions on the time line.

Due to a freak accident during the investigation, Caelestius is now stranded in the current day. He is is reluctant to use his Kheldian abilities to help heroes because he fears he could actually be the event that affects the time line.
