This is where you can go read up on the latest changes involved in the recent patches to the live servers.

Server Status Section
Any downtime notices usually get posted here.

The Training Room
This forum is for the Test Server. Even if you do not use the test server, go here to read up on the latest patch notes for changes coming to the live game.

Red Tomax's City of Heroes site
You can find information on contacts, arcs, TF's/SF's/Trials and City of Data, which is a database for all powers in CoH/V. From this site you can also access the EU dev digests to find out any important news from across the pond.
