Your eyes aren't deceiving you...the Villains have taken over Saturdays, and revamped their time slot!

Who says it isn't fun to let the evil side of you run rampant as you begin your weekend? And with Super-Villain Saturday (SVS), you can indulge your impulses and let the evil side in your run wild! SVS will run this weekend in its new slot this Saturday from 10am-1pm EST. Read on for a breakdown of this week's Super-Villain Saturday (#29) event details:


  • Date: Saturday, August 2, 2008

  • Morning Wake-Up: Get yourself a Gigantor sized mug of coffee, and chat things up while we wake up and decide our morning's team goals.

  • Time: 10:00am-1:00pm EST (approximate times)

  • Super-Villain Saturday officially begins: Teaming and do-gooder stomping commence!

  • Time: 10:30am-1pm EST (approximate times)

    • Game: City of Villains

    • Level Range: Feel free to post your preference below
  • There's no theme involved, and anyone is welcome. Lackeys are often available, so don't be afraid to bring any level villain.

  • Keep in mind, this is NOT an official Adversity event, but something fun I enjoy doing to honor the memory of how great weekend mornings were back in the mid-80's.

There's a good chance I might need someone to help run this event this weekend, as I just found out I might be doing some traveling down south as part of continued wedding planning. If you're interested, please let me know wink

To help me select what level

To help me select what level range(s) we can run for the teams, I decided to try a small experiment and use a poll to help choose out level range. I'll do my best to try and run the top two requested tiers from the Poll on Saturday Morning.

Just a quick reminder the Poll for the Super-Villain Saturday team will close tomorrow morning around 9am EST, so be sure to vote for your preferred level range, ans sign-up if might be attending the event smile

On a side note, it doesn't look like I'll be out of town after all, so barring any excpetionally late, last minute changes, I'll see you all Saturday morning!

After a bit of a slow start,

After a bit of a slow start, we ended up having another spectacularly villainous morning, and ended up running two teams for the bulk of the morning. Joining us were:
