Jack was always described as being a cold individual, but that wasn't exactly his own fault. Jack was born with the mutant ability to psionically manipulate the moisture in the air and basically create ice out of thin air.

His powers grew over time, and when the Rikti attacked, Jack knew he had to help in any means he could. He protected his neighborhood and was able to fend off a group of Rikti, providing the people in the area to evacuate in relative safety.

After the war, Jack didn't want to let his powers go to waste, so he enlisted as a hero under the code name 'Psyberia'. Within the past few months, Jack has found his powers changing and almost growing...where he is now exhibiting pure psychic abilities.
