Cross-Hairs used to spend his days developing various technologies for the FBSA and Freedom Corps. He was one of the creators used to contain his brother, Skydive's powers. Cross-Hairs grew tired of hearing about the adventures of his brother and the other heroes had. He wanted to be a part of these stories, so he resigned from his position and took with him several of his current projects.

Cross-Hairs now spends his time participating in those stories he so often grew tired of hearing, though he has somewhat returned to his old job. He now takes his in field experiences to develop new tools to combat the evil that plagues the world.
