On an alternate Earth, the civilization of Mu flourished and never engaged in battle with Orenbega. This alternate version of Mu became a powerful center of culture and enlightenment…

However, there were those individuals who became intoxicated by their own powers and sought out the means to become even more powerful. One of them, the violently tempered, Lady Morose was constantly seeking out means to increase her own power.

One such ritual opened a portal, but with undesired effects. Lady Morose was sucked through the portal and ended up on Praetorian Earth. Drawing the attention of the IDF and later Emperor Cole, Lady Morose was informed of the status of Mu on Primal Earth. Cole had devised a plan that Lady Morose would more than likely become outraged to find out what had happened to the Mu civilization on Primal Earth and seek vengeance upon those that were involved such a long time ago. This would ultimately help weaken the defenses on Primal Earth, allowing for one less hurdle in Cole's invasion plans.
