Preliminary tests have identified the basis of the subject’s metahuman abilities. Subject’s cellular structure contains an unidentified organic metal that has increased resistance to decay and damage. Some cells have higher concentrations of the metal, which the subject appears to be able to manipulate, creating large blades that appear from subject’s hands.

Further investigation reveals that subject’s cellular metabolism generates energy that can be channeled as bolts of energy from subject’s hands or eyes. Reports indicates that the energy itself is harmless, but the concussive force of the moving energy bolts can damage those they impact.

Upon further review, subject will make a worthy participant of the ‘Revanant Hero’ Project. The amount of genetic material in the storage is more than ample for the project. Subject is no longer needed and can be terminated as the Countess deems appropriate.
