Frosty the Clown

Frosty see's himself as the perfect gentleman. After all, in a world as crazy as ours, one needs a bulwark of civility in which to take refuge from the insanity that surrounds us. Of course, there are very few left these days who are as sane as our dear mister Frosty, and so he has chosen to become a bastion of order and a beacon of stability. He tries to be a balance to the more chaotic elements even among his own jesterly comrades, though he must admit that he admires the surgical precision with which some of his teamates get to the heart of issues.... sometimes quite literally.
His frigid 'abilities' embody his love of order. After all, ice is pure, it is clear, it is solid, it takes the moisture which would otherwise remain in chaos scattered through the ever shifting air and reduces it, refines it, and defines it! Ice preserves even the bodies of his fallen enemies!
Yes! One day the whole world will be held sway by his vision of perfect unchanging frozen order!
