Xeku Sentru is actually very distant from the rest of the mysterious and diverse Sentru family, but no stranger than the rest. He is actually a samurai from feudal Japan, who was cursed by a powerful sorcerer with a death curse that turned him into an undead warrior. He was then locked away for centuries, barried in his grave to seal him away.

Only a few years ago, he was found by a powerful archangel, who took pity upon him. The angel freed him from his grave, and gave him some of his own blood to break the curse. While this gave Xeku back his mind and a semblance of life, the curse was far too powerful to fully bring him back from undeath. His feels nothing, not the pain of fire, nor the touch of a gentle flower.

Strangly, this turned out to be a mixed blessing. While others may fight on through the strength of their will, his own is amplifyed by his lack of feeling. He can push his body straight to limit with ease, giving him a strange resilience to all forms of damage. Further, he has developed a form of regeneration, as he is able to slowly and constantly heal himself through his own force of will. In close combat, when he feels the most, his regenerative powers spike, making him a difficult foe to overwhelm.

The undeath wasn't his only gift. The angelic blood gave him a number of powers, including flight, the gifts of tongues and interpretation (ability to speak and understand all languages), and greatest of all, the power to summon and control holy flames at close range. With it he can not only engulf his hands in fire, he can even create swords made of fire out of thin air. Combined with his own training in swords and martial arts, he has become a deadly foe.

Though cursed, he is no reluctant hero. He has always valiantly fought against evil, and this is no different for him. At the same time, however, something is growing inside of him. Something dark, something dangerous, and something that hungers for vengeance against those who have sought to bring pain and suffering to the world. With every passing day, it becomes harder for him to continue to merely arrest his foes. He has begun to greatly enjoy the destruction and death he brings against his non-human opponents.

What the future holds, no one can tell, but this much is certain: all things must come into balance. For every force of good, there is a matching force of evil. But, for every force of evil, there is a force of good.
