“I can’t say I was ever thrilled with the idea of merging with a Kheldian, but looking back…I kind of miss it now. Well, I don’t miss sharing my body or my mind with an alient, but I miss it…the squid and I feel horrible for what happened to it. On the bright side, at least I don’t have to deal with Sunstorm anymore.

It’s amazing though, that the merging with a squid managed to ‘cure’ me. No more cellular degradation cause of these powers….which means I can go back and get those responsible for all this in the first place, for what they did to me. And hey, I may even come across those Voids that felt it necessary to hunt me down while merged with the squid.

Relearning to use these powers is a bitch though.”
