T-Cubed: Minis

Sorry for the late posting on this all...had to make sure Dragon dinged first.

Sorry but I have to say that since this is an SG event, it should happen anyway, regardless of Dragon hitting 50 or not. People expect SG events and I'm sure some reserve the night for a specific one.

I understand the desire to help Dragon hitting 50, but one of the things we value are our ability to schedule regular events.

Technically this would have been a week off for the Minis, but with the Clowns in hiatus/disbanded, there had been some discussion about keeping the Minis on every other week, or having them run every week. At least we're having an event tonight, thanks for running the Mini's again

But the decision to run them this week wasn't based on that understanding . Look, I just want to maintain some order. I think that choosing Jayyde to run the Minis was a great decision and she's doing a great job.

Since I started to run SG events, many times I wanted to play another character to get that last bubble and reach another level or complete a story arc (or even finish a badge), but SG events you are encharged with take precedence because they affect more people.

let me start by saying i understand your point Mags.

timing is everything. if the event wasnt scheduled at all you'd have more of a point. Jayyde's late (albeit in the early AM the day of the event) scheduling post was better than nothing at all. Since the minis are a weekly event and not new for that matter i think people just anticipate its going to happen anyway. i agree with pax as well that there was some changes with the mini's/horror clowns hiatus.

lets just forget this and move on since its scheduled and minis make everyone happy.

Not to mention this isn't the week for Minis. This is a wholey extra helping as I understood most people wanted to keep it an every-other week kinda thing "officially".

Alrighty, every-other week kinda thing unless there is nothing else to do. Moving on...

I should be there tonight, if my roommate's computer doesn't give me trouble. It's not great, but it's got CoH on it (after all, she's the one that introduced me to the game), so all should be well. I hope.

Well sweet, we had a pretty nice attendence given that it's not an actual Mini night and you all had late notice on it in general.

running around Infinity dropping the hammer on all kinds of baddies. Thanks for coming out all and I'll (maybe) catch you next week. I'll let you guys know ahead of time if I'm going to be able to sneak online next Thursday or not.
